These Terms apply to purchases from Merrivo and use of our website. Please read them before placing an order.

2. Products

Product descriptions, included items and prices are shown on the relevant product pages.

We may update or discontinue products for future purchases. This does not remove our obligations concerning orders already accepted.

Follow the product's age guidance, warnings and instructions. Children should use products with appropriate adult supervision.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in USD unless another currency is shown. Applicable shipping charges and taxes collected by us are displayed at checkout.

Prices may change for future orders. Promotions and discount codes cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

If we discover a pricing or product information error affecting your order, we will contact you. We will not charge an increased amount without your agreement.

4. Orders

Please provide accurate and complete contact, payment and delivery information.

We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, unavailable stock or a material pricing error, subject to applicable law.

If we cancel an order after taking payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled items and any associated charges that are no longer applicable.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for processing information, delivery estimates and shipping charges.

Delivery estimates may be affected by customs processing, carrier disruptions or other circumstances outside our control.

If your order is delayed, lost or damaged in transit, contact support@merrivo.co. Nothing in these Terms excludes our delivery obligations or your remedies under applicable law.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms.

You may request a change-of-mind return within 14 days of receiving your order, as described in that policy.

This period does not limit statutory cancellation rights or rights relating to defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.

7. Website Use and Intellectual Property

You must not use our website for unlawful purposes, submit fraudulent information or interfere with its operation.

The Merrivo branding and website content may be protected by intellectual property rights. Except where permitted by law, reproduction or commercial use requires permission from the relevant rights holder.

8. Liability

Any exclusion or limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable product liability obligations or mandatory consumer rights.

These Terms are subject to the law applicable to your purchase.

Nothing in these Terms deprives you of mandatory consumer protections or prevents you from bringing a claim before a court where applicable law gives you that right.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms for future orders. Changes will not retrospectively reduce your rights concerning an existing purchase.
