At Merrivo, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If you would like to return your order, contact us at support@merrivo.co.

14-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

After notifying us, please send the item back within the following 14 days using the return instructions we provide.

You may inspect the product as you would in a shop. Please return all included components and use the original packaging where possible. Where permitted by law, excessive use or handling may result in a deduction reflecting the item's reduced value.

How to Start a Return

Email support@merrivo.co with your order number and the items you wish to return.

You may include a reason, but this is not required when exercising a statutory right to cancel without giving a reason.

Contact us for the correct return address before sending your parcel. Keep your proof of postage.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please contact us as soon as possible if your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect. Include your order number and, where possible, photos of the issue and packaging.

We will help arrange an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement or refund, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

The 14-day return window does not limit your statutory rights concerning faulty or incorrectly supplied products.

Refunds

We will issue your refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Where required by law, your refund will include the original standard delivery charge.

Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 5–10 business days to display the refund.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

If the item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us so we can arrange or cover the necessary return shipping.

Order Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order before dispatch.

If your order has already shipped, we will explain how to proceed with a return. This does not affect any statutory right to cancel your purchase.

Your Consumer Rights

This policy does not exclude or limit your rights under applicable consumer law.

Damage caused by misuse or handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product may affect your refund where permitted by law.
